If you’re experiencing playback issues with movies on SGTV, you may need to switch your video player. Follow the steps below to change your player settings:
- From the main SGTV menu, go to Settings.
- Select Player from the list of options.
- Scroll down to the Video on Demand (VOD) section.
- Change the player from EXO Player to VLC Player.
- Return to the main menu and try playing the movie again.
Note: Using VLC Player often improves playback performance for certain VOD titles.
