How to Clear Cache and Data on an Amazon Firestick
Go to Settings – From the Firestick home screen, navigate to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
Select the App – Choose the SGTV application
Clear Cache & Data – Click Clear Cache to remove temporary files, then select Clear Data (this resets the app and removes login information).
Restart Your Firestick – Navigate to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart, or unplug the device for 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
