Your Internet service providers are starting to try and control streaming by throttling of its customers internet speeds while streaming by way of certain IP addresses they see incoming and outgoing. This is something we have no control over.
To help resolve any buffering issues on VOD run a speed test within our application select settings then speedtest. You're looking for 75mbps or higher download speeds. We recommend installing a VPN to mask your IP address. We recommend IP Vanish but you can download any VPN of your choice. You can check out their website below. Once signed up you can download the app to you device and sign-in to begin having the VPN work for you in the background on your device.
