Weekly Maintenance

SGTV Streamers,

As a reminder please reboot or clear the cache on your streaming devices weekly to resolve 95% of most problems you will have ie no sound, can't login, black screen, etc . Treat it as your computer, you have to reboot your device for it to continue to perform properly.

 

To reboot: Disconnect the power plug wait 10 seconds and plug it back into your power source.


To clear the cache: Go to the Amazon main settings, applications, my applications, sgtv streams, clear cache.
